TeamZoneSports is a fun and intuitive location for teams, coaches and players to safely and securely share information, communicate with one another, and coordinate Team activities. 

Anybody who's coached or played on a sports Team knows how hard it can be to keep track of all the players, games, practices, Team payments and everything else. TeamZoneSports takes away the headaches and makes managing your sports world easy.

How can TeamZoneSports help me and my team?

By combining League and Team Zone pages with player pages (My Zone) we’ve made it amazingly easy to manage and share all your sports related information with connections that matter:

League Zone

The League Zone is managed by a league VP or other league head honcho who is in the know about league events and activities. It provides a single point for all league activities, correspondence and information exchange. With the League Zone you can:

• Schedule and manage games and tournaments
• Manage and coordinate volunteer personnel and activities
• Send emergency SMS messages when something changes at the last minute
• Send communications to all teams at once
• Organize and manage teams that play in your league

Team Zone

The Team Zone is managed by a coach, Team manager, or Team related Web junkie who loves to post lots of great information about the team. It provides a single point for all Team related activities, correspondence and information exchange. With the Team Zone you can:

• Manage game, practice and event schedules along with Team record, scores, photos and videos
• Manage a complete Team roster as well as who can make it to specific games and practices
• Send urgent SMS messages when something changes at the last minute
• Track Team fees and payments

My Zone

Your personal Web-page where you manage your own activities. You can share information such as pictures, videos, messages, schedules, etc. with your coaches, teammates, parents and fans.  With My Zone you can:

• Display all your Team calendars along with your own
• Send personal messages teammates, friends and coaches
• Share videos and photos
• Build your network of current/former teammates and coaches
• Participate in your favorite groups such as leagues, scouting organizations, sports fan clubs, etc.
• Share sports related achievements’ with family members and, if desired, high interest participants like college/pro scouts/recruiters or teams/coaches

Is my personal and Team info safe and secure?

Your personal security and privacy are top priorities within the TeamZoneSports community. All data is 100% private and password-protected.  We use contemporary authentication procedures (that’s a fancy way of saying that only the right folks can access your stuff).

Personal pages and Team page can only be viewed by invitation only. In other words, no one can access your page unless they have been invited and, if desired, OK’d by your coach or parent. Policing by coaches and parents is also used to ensure the highest level of sports etiquette.
